We've been buying, selling and developing property across the North East for years. Most agents win instructions by promising a number that's a bit higher than the next agent's. Often what follows is underwhelming marketing, poor negotiation, no updates, and a painful process. At the same time the number drops, reductions hit, the house sits, and you eventually pay a percentage of the eventual lower price anyway. We've sat on both sides of that deal.

So we built WPG differently. Honest valuations backed by real data and real market understanding, a team that keeps you updated, a dedicated point of contact, real marketing know-how, and sales progression all the way through from accepted offer to completion. The real work that gets a house sold properly.

What's the catch?+

There isn't one. The catch is the cap: 20 vendors and the offer closes when the spots are filled or on 1 August, whichever lands first. After that, our standard fee returns. We're doing this to get 20 instructions on the books and prove the work in public.

What do I get for £1,000?+

Everything. Honest valuation backed by Land Registry comparables on your street, professional photography, full floor plans, a Rightmove launch on a Tuesday or Thursday morning, social-media marketing, our own buyer list, weekly updates on viewings and feedback, and real sales progression from accepted offer to completion. The fee is fixed at £1,000 inc VAT regardless of sale price.

What if my house doesn't sell?+

No sale, no fee. We only get paid on completion day. The £1,000 is not an upfront cost and nothing is invoiced until the sale completes. If we list your house and it does not sell within the contract period, you pay zero.

What if I withdraw before sale?+

If you accept the offer, list with us, and then withdraw before sale, there's no fee. We bear the marketing cost. You can cancel at the end of the contract period if we haven't agreed a sale.

What counts as 'on the market'?+

Listed on Rightmove. Once we've signed the contract and your photos are done, we launch your house on a Tuesday or Thursday morning. The 20-house cap is measured by listings live before 1 August, not applications received.

Where do you cover?+

Newcastle and North Tyneside for the launch offer. South Tyneside follows as we expand. If your house is in either of the launch areas, send your postcode and we'll come back inside one working day.
