What we collect

We collect data you give us directly through enquiry forms (name, email, phone, postcode, the message you send) and data collected automatically when you use the site (cookies, pages viewed, device and browser information).

How we use it

We use your contact data to respond to your enquiry and to provide the service you have asked about. We use site analytics to improve the website. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Where your data is held

Enquiry data is stored in HubSpot, our CRM. Website analytics are processed by Google Analytics. Both are bound by our data processing agreements and operate inside the UK or EU.

Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to an enquiry you initiated) and consent (analytics and marketing cookies, where you opt in).

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting client relationship, then archived securely or deleted in line with our internal retention schedule.
