How do you arrive at a valuation?+

We pull every recent sale on streets near yours from Land Registry data, cross-check against what is currently on the market, and walk your property in person. We will show you the comparables we used. If we cannot back a number up, we will not put it on the wall.

What if I need to sell fast?+

Our sister brand North East House Buyers will make a direct cash offer and complete in weeks. The trade-off is a lower price for guaranteed speed. We will walk you through both routes on the first call and you decide.

Do you cover my area?+

Yes if you are in Newcastle upon Tyne, Northumberland, South Tyneside, Gateshead, or anywhere across Northumberland or Tyneside. If you are unsure, send us the postcode and we will tell you straight.

Will you tell me my property is worth more than it is?+

No. That is exactly the practice we built WPG to stop. Over-valuing wins the instruction and loses the sale. The number we give you is the number we believe will sell, not the number that wins the room.

Are you tied to a long sole-agency contract?+

We ask for three months of sole agency. Much of the industry now wants six months or more, which we think locks vendors into a relationship before either side has had the chance to prove it. Three months is enough time to launch properly, run the first phase of marketing, and adjust if anything is not working. The relationship works because the work works, not because you signed away your options.
