Whittaker Property Group has joined the Bradley Hall Auctions Partner Agent network.

Whittaker Property Group is now working in partnership with Bradley Hall Auctions as part of its Partner Agent network. The arrangement gives our sellers access to Bradley Hall's national online auction platform alongside the open-market and off-market sales we already handle.

Sellers come to us with different properties, timescales and pressures. We can now discuss all three sale routes from the outset and explain the likely buyer market, timetable and commitments attached to each one.

From a conversation at the Blue Bricks Awards

Ollie first met Helen Wall and Neil Hart from Bradley Hall at the Blue Bricks Awards. A quick introduction turned into a proper conversation about auction, client care and the parts of a sale that agents need to stay close to.

They were easy people to talk to. Both teams care about straight answers, good communication and choosing the sale method around the property and the vendor. The partnership grew from those conversations and works well for both businesses.

“Meeting Helen and Neil at Blue Bricks made the whole thing feel very natural. They are genuinely good people and we approach business in a similar way. We both want auction used carefully, when it is right for the property and the vendor.”

How we will use auction

We will recommend auction property by property. The review will cover recent local sales, condition, likely buyer demand, the seller's timescale and the level of certainty they need.

Refurbishment projects, vacant or inherited homes and some investment properties can attract a strong auction audience. A defined process can also help sellers who need firm dates and a committed buyer.

Many homes can still sell quickly and achieve a strong result on the open market. Good pricing, proper preparation and a focused launch can create the competition a seller needs. We will continue to recommend that route where the local evidence supports it.

03

Questions sellers may have

How will Whittaker Property Group decide whether auction is suitable?+

We review the property, recent local sales, its condition, the likely buyer and the seller's timescale. We then compare auction with an open-market or off-market sale and explain the likely advantages and compromises of each.

Which properties are often suited to auction?+

Auction is often worth considering for refurbishment projects, vacant or inherited homes and some investment properties. It can also help when the seller values a defined process and timetable. Every recommendation is made property by property.

Can Whittaker Property Group still sell homes on the open market?+

Yes. Open-market sales remain a core part of our work. We also handle off-market sales. The partnership means we can now include Bradley Hall's online auction service when we review the available options with a seller.

What does the partnership add for Whittaker Property Group sellers?+

Whittaker Property Group clients can access Bradley Hall's national online auction platform and specialist auction support. Whittaker Property Group remains involved in the local advice, property preparation and communication with the seller.
